Happy Birthday....

to me! Today is my birthday and I did nothing. I woke up and made a smoothie, went to the gym, talked to some friends, went shopping, had a lunch with friends, came home and relaxed with a quiet evening with my husband. Honestly it was perfect! Very relaxing...

Well this week has been pretty good so far. I am not keeping a food diary, I am just monitoring me intake carefully and I will see next week if this approach is going to work. This week I have just focused on cardio. Next week I will hit the weights.
