Weigh in results
So yesterday was my weigh in and I did not make my goal of 3lbs but I did lose 1.5lbs. I will take that with a smile because losing weight is hard to do. I will admit that I feel better, I actually feel more confident. I reviewed my week to see what I ate and how can I make improvements. I realized last week although I remained in my allotted calorie range, I was not eating enough fruits and veggie servings. TOO many carbs not enough whole grains. That's what's great about journaling. I think this week I will have good results. That's the attitude I will have from now on. I have to have a positive attitude to get positive results. I feel like my workouts are challenging and I am not bored with them. Next week's weigh in will be one month in for me. My goal was 8lbs in a month. I am 5.4lbs now so we will see.....

dieting sucks!!!!
losing weight is HARD! this past week i have worked out 5 times. i have logged my calories on myfitnesspal and i am really not sure what the scale will say for my weigh in tomorrow. but i will say that i don't want to get discouraged. last week i lost 1.4 when i was hoping for 2 lbs. this week i was aiming for 3lb but will be happy with a loss of any thing. this time around this is more difficult than before but i can say that i am committed to this. i am going to win this battle. i am just going to continue to try until something moves. it has to move. my weigh is tomorrow morning i will post the loss.

I feel great about the efforts that I am putting in to lose this weight. Right now I am working out 4x per week mainly cardio sessions. I plan to post some pics soon so that I can document this journey. I feel good about my food choices although we need to buy more groceries. I have been eating out but that is my life and I have been making healthy choices. I am actuallu using myfitnesspal.com to count my daily calories. Yesterday we (my bro's GF) and I walked over 4 miles. I feel like I am on the right track but the key for me is consistency. I have to stay on point. I am honestly proud of myself. I also made some short term and long term goals.
- By 2/26/12: I want to lose 8-10lbs
- By 3/25/12: I want to have lost a total of 16-20lbs
- By 6/21/12: I want to be down a total of 40lbs
- By 10/09/12: I want have lost a total of 75lbs
- By 01/22/13: I want to have lost 100lbs
I feel like this is doable. But if I need to make modifications along the way I will. I am praying for success for everyone on a journey to improve themselves. So far I have lost 3 lbs I have 5 more to go and 2 weeks for the first mini goal. My goal for this week is 2lbs I weigh in on Mon. Lets see what happens!
