dieting sucks!!!!

losing weight is HARD! this past week i have worked out 5 times. i have logged my calories on myfitnesspal and i am really not sure what the scale will say for my weigh in tomorrow. but i will say that i don't want to get discouraged. last week i lost 1.4 when i was hoping for 2 lbs. this week i was aiming for 3lb but will be happy with a loss of any thing. this time around this is more difficult than before but i can say that i am committed to this. i am going to win this battle. i am just going to continue to try until something moves. it has to move. my weigh is tomorrow morning i will post the loss.
