this week's weigh in was on 02.28.12 i lost 2lb and my total for month one was 7.4! I am a little short of my goal of 8 but I will take it with a smile. I am currently studying and cooking dinner. Just wanted to check in. I am feeling ok I had a great work out this morning and awaiting tomorrow workout. So by 03.25.12 I hope to lose 8.4 lbs to bring my total to 16 lbs in 2 months. We will see if I can do it.
