Yesterday was Day 2. I had to work so I planned according I brought my snacks and lunch with me. For breakfast I had a blueberry muffin and bottle of water and dashed out the door because I was running late for my personal training appt. After my workout I enjoyed a smoothie {1 yoplait yogurt cup, 1/2 frozen mixed berries, 1/3 c of vfusion light} that completed my breakfast. I divided my lunch so that I could have a snack before lunch. So I ate a banana for snack and 2 hours later I tried the black beans and rice entree with carrots and yogurt. I have black bean soup so I enjoyed the meal. I had apples and 1tbsp of LF pnut butter for mid afternoon snack. For dinner I was hungry I notice that once I get home and relaxed in the evenings is when I get hungry so I drink a lot of water so that I don't overeat. So far that has helped me. For dinner I tired the veggie lasagna w/ basil tomato, salad, and 1/2 c frozen peas and carrots. I cooked the lasagna according to the directions and cut it in half and placed half in a bowl, put the mixed veggies between to 2 halves and put a small a sprinkle of FF mozzarella cheese on top. It was very filling and hearty. For dessert I tried the golden pound cake and it was superb! Moist and sweet. So far so good. The only problem that I see is I have to tame that early evening hungry. The food that that I have experienced thus far as been filling and tasty.
I really believe that this will work for me. 4lbs is my goal for this week! Pics coming soon.
