planning...

Today is my grandmother's sister funeral and I am trying to plan my meals accordingly. Having entrees available are great but trying to add all the veggies on such on the go can be daunting. I am currently working ono the meal plan for today. I am supposed to be reviewing NS food with this blog so let me do so. Yesterday,for breakfast I ate multrigrain cereal, fresh strawberries, and yogurt I made a prafait. It was delicious. Lunch-red beans and chicken sausage. Honestly, when I opened the package I thought the smell was awful but I followed the instructions and added some shrimp, and 2/3 cups of peas and carrots, very filling. Dinner- italian flatbread pizza I added turkey pepperoni, onions and shredded FF cheddar cheese. I didn't eat the veggies servings because I was exhausted. I also enjoyed a NS fudge brownie for dessert. After officially being on NS for a week and half, I can honestly say that I like the food there are like 1 million reciepes out there which makes you want to order more to try all the different options. I plan to monitor my results for this morning and stay on NS through our anniversary. I will order the flex plan on the 3rd months so that I can start making my own meals according to the guidelines. I am not going to get back on the scale until next Tuesday with the trainer. I have an training appt today and I am going for an pedi and massage tomorrow. My trainer is a licensed massage therapist as well. AWESOME!
