my box of NS came in and I am happy and nervous all at the same time. I really want this to work for me!!! I am a newlywed as you know and we are looking forward to possibly getting pregnant next year! There were lots of foods in the box and if you don't know they color code everything for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. I do not even have enough cabinet space available to put everything. I am starting tomorrow but I have to go grocery shopping first. Essentially, NS sends you all your entree's and you buy your own fruits, veggies, bread, etc. At first, I thought all you get to eat was what they sent you. So I was excited to see that I can still eat a yogurt for breakast in the morning.
So my box included:

- Meal Planner & On the go meal planner (pocketsized)
- Resource Guide
- Online support including blogs, tips, recipes, weight tracker, etc
I plan to use this blog to share my weight loss experience. I am looking forward to this new venture. I can't fail this time I have to stay committed!
