getting started...

so i was supposed to go grocery shopping after work so i didn't make it. so i woke up early this morning and i am only going to get a week worth of items to see if i need to make modifications as i go through this plan. here is my eating plan:

Breakfast


  1. NS Entree

  2. Dairy or Protein

  3. Fruit

  4. Carb (>100lbs)

Lunch



  1. NS entree

  2. Dairy/Protein

  3. Veggie

  4. Veggie w/ 2 tbsp fat free dressing

  5. Fruit (>100lbs)

Afternoon Snack



  1. Dairy

  2. Protein

Dinner



  1. NS entrree

  2. F/V

  3. Veggie

  4. Veggie w. 2tbsp of FF dressing

  5. Fat

  6. Carb (>100lbs)

Dinner



  1. NS Dessert

Since breakfast seems like a lot I might break it up and have breakfast and a mid morning snack if neccessary. My plan is to weigh in weekly every weds morning and post body measurements monthly 13th of each month. I will also post pics each month to track progress.

Weight: 314.4 round off 315


Neck:17


Bust:50


Waist:54.5 (@ umblicus)


Hips:56


Tighs: L32/R33


Calf: L18/R19


To be totally honest I am embarassed to even know these are my starting measurements. But I realize that hey I allowed myself to get to this point and yes I am here but I don't plan on staying.
