flexing...

Yesterday was tough. I had a million things to do and I was running my tail off. I had to flex for lunch and dinner. So for lunch I had a SW grilled chicken salad w/ FF dressing from Chickfila it was the healthiest decision I could make at the time. I thought I was going to be able to go home and make my NS lunch but I would have been late for work so I took the plunge. I counted it as my lunch veggie and protein serving and I had half a banana for fruit serving. The only thing that was missing was the lunch entree. For midafternoon snack I had some cantelope and water I saved the protein for dinner. So when I finally made it home I ate the NS lunch chicken noodle soup and my carb was 2 slcs of 40 cal whole wheat bread. Then we had to go to my dad's bday dinner. I ordered grilled shrimp, steamed broccoli, side salad and 1/2 c. jasmine rice (which was not the best choice). For dessert NS chocolate pound cake at home. For my first time eating out since starting last Weds I don't think I did too bad.
